High Quality Bryant Package Ac System in Jensen Beach
Cooling Connection completed the installation of a 3 ton Bryant package AC system in Jensen Beach, FL. The project replaced the existing equipment with a single, self-contained unit designed to handle the cooling needs for the home. Our team handled the full package AC installation from base preparation to final mechanical connections.
We provided a new concrete slab to provide a level, durable foundation for the unit. The slab included tie downs to secure the package unit in place, which helps keep the system stable during high winds and normal operation. The concrete base also elevates the unit off the ground, which makes maintenance access easier and protects the equipment from ground-level debris and standing water.
As part of the installation we installed a new thermostat for the homeowner to control the system. The thermostat was included with the package and positioned for convenient access inside the home. This gives the homeowner straightforward control over temperature settings and basic system operation.
To integrate the package unit with the home’s air distribution, we installed new supply ductwork. The new supply duct provides a clear, direct path for conditioned air to travel from the package system into the living spaces. Properly installed ductwork helps maintain consistent airflow and reduces unnecessary pressure drops that can affect comfort.
We also added sheet metal coverings around duct connections and exposed portions of the supply runs. These sheet metal pieces protect the ductwork, create a finished appearance where the system interfaces with the building, and help seal connections to minimize air leakage. Proper metalwork is an important part of a neat, long-lasting HVAC installation.
Throughout the project the team coordinated placement and connections so the Bryant package AC, the concrete slab with tie downs, the thermostat, the new supply duct, and the sheet metal coverings all fit together as a single, functioning system. The work was completed in Jensen Beach, FL by Cooling Connection, following standard installation practices for package air conditioning equipment.
